Exterior Building
Enhancement Project Underway
The Waikiki Banyan has undertaken
exterior enhancement project including concrete restoration,
re-sealing of windows, lanai maintenance, and painting of the
exterior of the building. Work will be restricted to Monday through
Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is scheduled to be completed
by the end of December 2013. All public areas will be accessible.
While there will be some periods of
noise associated with the exterior concrete repair, all other work
will create minimal noise and inconvenience.
Access to your rooms

to the Waikiki Banyan advise the parking attendant that you are
checking in and may be able to get a parking pass. Upon check in,
inquire if a pass is available. A $50.00 deposit is required if pass
